个人简介

1998年毕业于陕西师范大学,获学士学位。2006年在中国科学院物理研究所获博士学位。2006-2007年在德国马普微结构物理研究所作博士后。现为北京邮电大学理学院教授、博士生导师。中国硅酸盐学会测试技术分会理事。

研究方向

主要从事低维半导体纳米材料的结构控制和性能研究,二维材料在能源和光电子器件领域的应用,磁性材料,表面等离激元光子学等方面的研究。

科研成果

近年来,作为项目负责人完成了国家自然科学基金项目2项和教育部科研项目2项。在包括Physical Review Letters, Advanced Materials, Scientific Reports, Physical Review B, Optics Letters, Applied Physics Letters 等在内的国际重要学术期刊上独立或合作发表学术论文70 余篇,部分研究论文多次被综述性论文引用。
